The surface is spread on two levels, each of them composed by three lofts in a horseshoe shaped set up.
Concrete elements are found on both floors, and lot of natural light enters from the big windows creating interesting shadows in the evening.
Moreover, a courtyard of 600 sqm is available for any event set up.
The space is currently an internationally famous artist’s lab and atelier, the place where he stores and creates here his work.
Every piece of the interior is actually part of the art collection, and an opportunity for the client to play with these design elements, or to have the rooms empty and clean as a blank canvas.

The area has caught the attention of some of the most interesting players within the fashion and design world: it is more and more recognised by brands, designers and creative studios as a great spot for their headquarters and events.
